Website Terms
These terms govern use of the Emocean Sites marketing website. A signed services agreement—not this page—controls any paid engagement.
Operator and contact
Emocean Sites is operated by Emocean LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. Website questions may be sent to emoceansites.team@gmail.com.
No automatic engagement
Submitting an inquiry or sending an email does not create a client relationship, reserve capacity, or obligate Emocean LLC to accept a project. An engagement begins only under a signed agreement and the stated payment conditions.
Pricing and scope
Displayed prices describe standard starting scopes in US dollars. A written proposal and signed agreement confirm deliverables, exclusions, schedule, payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, termination, and change requests.
Payment and delivery
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Emocean LLC does not receive or store full card numbers. Card statements show EMOCEAN SITES. All amounts are charged in US dollars.
Every service on this site is delivered electronically, by email or a shared link. Nothing is physically shipped. The Conversion & SEO Audit is delivered as a written action plan within one business day of receiving payment and the complete list of pages to review. Build engagements follow the schedule fixed in the signed agreement.
Refunds and cancellation
Refund requests are sent to emoceansites.team@gmail.com with the Stripe receipt. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten business days.
- Conversion & SEO Audit ($195). Refunded in full at any point before the written audit is sent. Once the audit is delivered it is a completed digital deliverable and the fee is no longer refundable. If the audit misses the one-business-day window and the delay is ours, the full fee is refunded on request.
- Essential Launch ($395), Landing Page Sprint ($950), and Business Website ($1,500). Refunded in full if cancelled before work begins. After work begins, refunds cover the milestones not yet started; delivered milestones are billable.
- Growth Desk ($350 per month). Cancel at any time before the next renewal date to stop future charges. The current billing period runs to its end and is not prorated.
The $195 audit fee is credited toward a qualifying Landing Page Sprint or Business Website started within fourteen calendar days of audit delivery. That credit is a reduction of the build price and carries no cash value on its own.
Please contact us before opening a card dispute. Most billing questions are resolved faster by email.
No performance guarantee
Website examples and service descriptions do not guarantee traffic, leads, rankings, conversions, revenue, or other business outcomes. Results depend on factors outside the website scope.
Portfolio and demonstrations
Studio demonstrations are labeled and are not presented as client engagements. No customer relationship, endorsement, or performance result should be inferred beyond the written description.
Site content
Unless otherwise stated, the website's copy, visual system, and original materials belong to Emocean LLC or are used under license. You may view the site for legitimate business evaluation but may not copy, resell, scrape, or misrepresent its materials.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site's security, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, probe non-public systems, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Availability and external services
The site and its links may change or become unavailable. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The effective date above identifies the current version.
